           -- Actual Case including Photos, Mounted Casts (Analog & Digital), Radiographs, Clinical       

              Examination Findings, and Treatment Outline.

           -- Provisional materials from Anaxdent

           -- Additional materials: varies from course to course.

Requirements:

           -- Dental Loupes min. 2.5x magnification

           -- Mandatory completion of Occlusion 1 and 2 workshops. It is also recommended the 

              completion of Splint Therapy & Bite Analysis workshop but not mandatory
